Get ready for an epic battle beneath the waves! Apex Predator Memorial Mayhem is the ultimate lionfish hunting derby, happening on Memorial Day at Riviera Beach Marina in Palm Beach County, FL. This high-energy event challenges divers to remove as many invasive lionfish as possible while competing for cash prizes, gear, and bragging rights!

Like each Apex Predator event, this derby is all about conservation, competition, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a first-timer, this is your chance to protect Florida’s reefs while also remembering and honoring all those who have served.

Participants will board one of two dive boats and head out to designated dive sites to hunt. Divers will compete in teams of two to remove as many lionfish as possible during a two tank dive. Each participant will receive a commemorative Apex Predator Memorial Mayhem challenge coin as well as a large dry bag.

1. Most Lionfish Caught: $250 cash prize
2. Largest Lionfish: $100 cash prize
3. Smallest Lionfish: $50 cash prize

Important Details:

• Registration includes entry on dive boat for a two-tank dive.
• All participants are responsible for their own dive equipment, rentals are available through the dive shops
