Shipping
Plan ahead with confidence knowing your delivery will arrive on schedule.
Our business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12 pm, the order will begin being processed on the next business day.Β Β Β
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are processed and shipped in 5 – 7 business days, depending on product availability.Β Β If an item will take longer to process Customer Service will contact you.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in addition to order processing time which varies by product.
All returns are subject to The LZK Group’s standard return policy. Void where prohibited.
We are not able to ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
If you don’t have a USA freight forwarding address, please contact us to get a quote if we can ship and the costs.
Returns
Most new, unopened, unused merchandise sold by The LZK Group, LLC. can be exchanged only within 15 days of purchase.
The LZK Group, LLC’s return policies apply only to items purchased from The The LZK Group, LLC. online at www.lionfishzk.com. Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but shipped by The LZK Group, LLC., must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their return policies.
Cancellations
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
You may cancel the entire order within 45 minutes of placing the order. Contact Customer Support by email: sales@lionfishzk.com. Customer Support can assist with canceling entire orders Once the 45-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. Please have your original payment information available when calling to cancel your order.
If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
There willΒ be a 15% restocking fee applied to any order that returns, processed and delivered items, or is on track to be delivered.Β
