Thank you for your interest in seeking sponsorship from The LZK Group, LLC (“ZooKeeper”) for your tournament or debris cleanup event. We are committed to supporting initiatives that promote environmental conservation and community engagement. Please read the following requirements carefully before submitting your request to ensure your event aligns with our criteria. To qualify for consideration, please provide the following details: 

• You must submit your request at least 45 days before the planned event date. We will review your application and respond within two (2) weeks of receipt. 

 Eligibility Requirements:  

• To qualify for sponsorship, you must be a current retail customer or a registered non-profit organization. If you are not a current customer, please reach out separately to our team to check the qualifications for becoming a wholesale customer.  

• Due to an overwhelming number of requests, we’ve had to prioritize our support for exclusive lionfish tournaments and nonprofit organization events moving forward. This focus allows us to align our contributions with our strategic goals for the year. 

 Participant Commitment:  

• The Lionfish tournament or cleanup event must have a minimum of 10 confirmed participants.  

• For other hunting tournaments specifically with a Lionfish category, there must be over 75 shooters registered. 

 Tournament-Specific Rules:  

• If sponsoring a lionfish hunting tournament, entries cannot be judged by weight. Instead, categories must include most lionfish caught, biggest lionfish, and smallest lionfish. 

 First-Time Events:  

• If this is the inaugural event, you must provide evidence of anticipated participation, such as pre-registrations or promotional outreach plans. 

 Recurring Events:  

• For events that have occurred in previous years, please verify participation from past events. This should include the event’s history, attendance numbers, and measurable impact on marine conservation. 

 Event Details:  

• Please include a detailed event plan (event website), including the date, location, schedule, rules (for tournaments), and specific goals for lionfish removal and debris cleanup.  

• Additionally, please provide information on how the event will be promoted and its expected environmental and community benefits. 

 Container Policy:  

• No event will qualify for sponsorship if another container brand or product is involved in any way, other than participants using their personal-use containers. 

• Due to safety reasons, we choose not to affiliate with other containers; however, we encourage lionfish removal in any safe manner. 

We wish we could sponsor every event, but as a small family business, we can’t. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor every event that applies. However, if your event does not meet the above prequalification criteria or if we are unable to provide financial support, we are happy to assist with the promotion. This may include sharing your event on our social media platforms, website, or other channels to increase visibility and participation.
