Customized ZooKeepers – How do I get one?

The procedure of wanting custom wraps takes a little longer to ship depending on you, the printer, and assembling then shipping.  Add about 10 – 14 business days to the regular processing time of 5 – 7 business days. Thank you in advance for understanding the estimated time frames and being patient with the process.

This is how it’s done:

1. You place an order for a minimum of 10 wrapped ZooKeepers. They can be all the same or in different colors and sizes. Add a note “Sending our unique logo for custom wraps”.
2. Send your logo in high resolution to our email referencing your order number.
3. Your logo is sent to the printer for drafting. 
4. Depending on how busy the printer is they draft and email back the proofs for review usually in about 5 business days.
5. You are sent those proofs to choose which wrap you like best. Please note that the longer you take to approve the longer the order is delayed.
6. Once approved they are sent to print and again, if the printer is busy it could take another 5 business days.
7. We pick up and assemble the ZooKeepers to ship.  This usually takes a few days depending on the amount to assemble.
8. Your custom order is shipped UPS.
