– Order Processing: Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days, contingent upon product availability. Should any item require additional processing time, our Customer Service team will reach out to you directly for updates.
– Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
– Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we are unable to ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses directly through our website. If you require shipment to international destinations, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact us for a manual invoice.
– International Shipping: For customers without a USA freight forwarding address, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to inquire about available shipping options and associated costs.

Cancellations

Any order that returns, processes, and delivered items or is on track to be delivered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.Β
