Shipping Policy

  • Business Hours (by appointment ONLY): Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST (excl. major holidays). Orders after 12 PM, weekends, or holidays process next business day.
  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days, based on availability. We’ll notify you of any delays. All custom orders do not follow regular processing times—please contact us for custom timelines.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipping (varies by location/method). 
  • Restrictions: No direct shipping to international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO. Contact us for manual quotes/invoicing—we can ship anywhere, but all customs duties, taxes, and fees are your responsibility.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Contact info@lionfishzk.com for approval and instructions before returning.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless item is defective/damaged (we’ll cover it).
  • Shipped/delivered returns may incur a 15% restocking fee (waived for defective/damaged). Refunds to original payment method within 14 days of our receipt.

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 45 minutes of ordering via sales@lionfishzk.com (include payment details).
  • After 45 minutes, no cancellations—use Returns Policy instead.
