Sting Master is an OTC topical ointment that blocks the pain caused by lionfish venom, jellyfish, sea lice, and fire coral stings at the source.

Sting Master products were developed by scientists and are the first of their kind. They prevent the propagation of pain signals by blocking the lionfish venom at the nerve endings in the skin.

HOW IT WORKS

1. HOW WE SENSE PAIN

To sense pain, a signal goes from the 1. nerve endings in our skin to the 2. dorsal root ganglia. It goes through the 3. spinal cord to our 4. brain, telling us that we are in pain.

2. GETTING STUNG BY A LIONFISH

– The skin pushes the sheath down as the spine enters
– The movement of the sheath compresses the venom gland
– Venom from the gland is released into the victim’s wound. Once released, the venom molecules reach the nerve endings to begin the process of signaling pain.

3. STINGMASTER AT WORK

Sting Master works by blocking the venom’s target in the nerve endings. The pain signal is not sent to the brain without activating the nerve.

Directions:

Adults and children two years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under two years of age: consult a doctor

Warnings:

For external use only. Do not use In large quantities, particularly over raw surfaces or blistered areas. When using this product, avoid contact with the eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens, if symptoms persist for more than seven days, or clear up and occur within a few days.
