It can be costly. Mostly we send to freight forwarders, and when the container is full, they get the shipment sent.
Our process is that you email us and let us know precisely what you want with the address. We get the weight and do some research. Once we find the least expensive option, we will email you the costs. Once you agree, an invoice will be sent to you through our website. You pay, then we work on the order and ship it to you. Easy but costly at times.

Local pick-up orders are by appointment only at our facility in Sunrise, FL.

When your order is ready a ZooKeeper Team member will contact you.
If you have a large order it may be more cost effective to pick up your order as you don’t have far to travel and have the time.
Sometimes it’s easier just to ship as taking the time to pick up and these gas prices. Your order could be sitting at your door in no time.
