The LZK Group, LLC and its affiliates (“LZK Group”) are the exclusive owners of the ZooKeeper® brand, all U.S. federal trademarks (registered and common-law), design patents, utility patents (including but not limited to those covering the lionfish containment unit), proprietary designs, trade dress, and all associated intellectual property.

The LZK Group has NEVER authorized—and expressly FORBIDS—any person, company, reseller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or third party worldwide to:

duplicate, copy, replicate, modify, reverse-engineer, adapt, alter, remanufacture, or create ANY add-ons, accessories, parts, attachments, derivative products, knockoffs, or look-alike items that are not 100% manufactured solely by The LZK Group, LLC under the official ZooKeeper® brand;
use, display, reference, or exploit the ZooKeeper® name, logo, trademarks, ® symbol, trade dress, product descriptions, images, patents, or ANY confusingly similar marks, names, branding, or terminology to market, advertise, promote, sell, offer for sale, import, export, or distribute ANY non-genuine, counterfeit, unauthorized, or infringing attachments, accessories, products, or related items.

ANY such conduct—including manufacturing, selling, promoting, or even offering counterfeit or modified “ZooKeeper-style” products—constitutes willful trademark counterfeiting, patent infringement, trademark infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, and violations of the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), federal patent laws (35 U.S.C.), and other applicable U.S. and international intellectual property statutes.

The LZK Group maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy toward infringement and counterfeiting. We are actively monitoring online marketplaces, social media, websites, and trade channels for violations. Violators will face immediate and aggressive enforcement, including but not limited to:

Issuance of formal cease-and-desist demands;
Filing lawsuits seeking preliminary and permanent injunctions, treble damages, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, attorneys’ fees, and costs;
Seizure, impoundment, and court-ordered destruction of all infringing goods, tooling, molds, packaging, marketing materials, and domain names;
Referral to federal and state law enforcement for criminal prosecution under trademark counterfeiting statutes (including up to 10 years imprisonment and multimillion-dollar fines for willful trafficking in counterfeits);
Reporting to platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, social media, etc.) for expedited takedowns, account suspensions, and permanent bans.

Purchasing or selling non-genuine products falsely presented as ZooKeeper® exposes buyers and sellers to significant legal and financial risk. Genuine ZooKeeper® products are sold exclusively through authorized channels: lionfishzk.com and select verified partners. Items from unauthorized sources are likely counterfeit, substandard, unsafe, and non-compliant—do NOT risk it.

Consider this public notice: continued or future infringement will be met with swift, unrelenting legal action without further warning. We have already pursued—and will continue to pursue—violators to the fullest extent of the law.
